Account Security

Account Verification (KYC)

fd555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard responsible gaming and anti-money laundering practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed by the fd555 finance team within 4–12 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–22:00 BST).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your fd555 account. You cannot withdraw to a third-party wallet or account.
• fd555 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts.
• Withdrawal requests associated with accounts under active review or investigation may be temporarily held until the review is concluded.

Dormant Account Policy

An fd555 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. fd555 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) to dormant accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Logging back into your account reactivates it and halts any dormancy fee.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by fd555 are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one fd555 account per individual, household, IP address, or device.

Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, account dormancy, or a request for self-exclusion from the player.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your fd555 account at any time by contacting the fd555 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining balance, as fd555 is not obligated to proactively return account balances to voluntarily closed accounts where no formal withdrawal request has been submitted prior to closure.

Self-Exclusion

fd555 supports responsible gaming through a voluntary self-exclusion programme. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Effect of Closure on Winnings

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.
